• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Clean criminal record
• Must be a Korean citizen or hold an F6 visa

• According to the law, you must be 18 years old to be able to work as a guard.

• To become a guard, you must first complete the basic guard course. You will recieve training prior to the start date.

• On the basic guard course, you learn, among other things, on communication and conflict management as well as monitoring, guarding and control. For more information please contact our recruitment team.

The screening process typically takes a one to two weeks, depending on the role and the required background checks. We aim to complete it as efficiently as possible while ensuring a thorough review. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

Salaries are generally offered as part of a monthly package, with some positions paid on an hourly basis. Rates may vary depending on the specific site or assignment. Detailed salary information will be discussed with Operations during the interview process.

We offer various shift patterns, including day and night shift positions, depending on the site and role.
