After assessing the situation, Youngsoo encouraged the colleague to seek medical attention immediately and accompanied them to the hospital while reporting the incident through the proper procedures.
The medical examination confirmed that treatment was necessary.
"That experience reminded me how important quick judgement can be in the field."
It reinforced his sense of responsibility and the importance of acting quickly when someone's safety may be at risk.
