      Melker Schörling Scholarship

      The Melker Schörling Scholarship provides frontline employees with international training opportunities to enhance their security expertise. Established in 1992, it is awarded annually to two or three employees who make a difference for our clients and have potential for growth.

      Scholarship Details Recipients choose a subject to deepen their security knowledge. The scholarship typically lasts 3–5 days, including travel, and is available in countries where Securitas operates.

      Who Can Apply? Frontline employees who demonstrate their impact by preventing loss, damage, or harm. Applicants must submit a brief statement outlining a relevant experience.

      The scholarship is offered annually to four front line employees who consistently make a difference for our customers by acting as everyday heroes in their work, except for 2021 when it was put on hold due to the ongoing pandemic.
