About the Role

The Regional Security Manager (RSM) is responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and compliant physical security operations that protect critical infrastructure across multiple sites. This role operates within a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Security Operations, the RSM will lead geographically dispersed teams and ensure the consistent execution of security policies, procedures, and audit readiness standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Campus Security Managers (CSMs) and Security Team Managers (STMs) across multiple locations
  • Oversee and continuously enhance physical security operations and programs to safeguard critical infrastructure
  • Ensure full compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and maintain audit readiness across all sites
  • Provide strategic direction to meet and exceed physical security performance standards
  • Collaborate closely with internal management, clients, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Drive operational excellence within a complex, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder environment
  • Support risk assessment, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field and/or 5 years of experience in a corporate security, military or law enforcement position equivalent experience) preferred
  • 5 years of well documented managerial experience in one or more in security operations, service planning, service development or related operational field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale security operations, preferably in a global, multi-site environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems, protocols, and compliance standards
  • Understanding of Security operations, including Security Operations Center (SOC) operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional certifications and Datacenter experience preferred.
  • Experience in audit management and regulatory compliance
  • Able to travel (international or domestic) and work evening or weekend as required
